Miranda Mitchell is Creative Director of Slice: a marketing, PR and Experiential agency in London which is working with brands such as Nike (on events like the Human Race), 3 mobile (on collaborations such as a Jade Jagger bag only available when buying a 3 contract), London Fashion Week sponsorship deals & Beck’s Fusions (a Chemical Brothers concert in Trafalgar Square experiential on pack campaign) to name a few. Slice is part of the Engine Group, an innovative and integrated group which is pioneering a new approach to marketing: offering best in class agencies under one roof who work together to give a brand the right solution. Miranda Mitchell is also a Client Managing Director at Engine and works across the group with the advertising agency WCRS, the brand consultancy Dave and the digital agency Altogether  amongst others, on a variety of projects including 118 118, funonthefloor.com, Vodafone, Capital One and Absolut Vodka.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Miranda Mitchell was previously Planning & Insights director at Frank PR (Agency of the Year 2005, 2006 PR Week) where she ran the Lifestyle and Fashion Division for 5 years; working on Swatch Alternative Fashion week, American Apparel’s launch in the UK, Footlocker European lead agency, Ted Baker, Ellesse, Puma and Cancer Reserach UK (the UK’s largest charity). London retail giant Shaftesbury, the property company owning Carnaby Street, Seven Dials and China Town were a client as were William Grant (Glenfiddich & Monkey Shoulder) Brylcreem, Orangina and Apple.

Whilst at Frank PR, Miranda Mitchell worked closely with Graham Goodkind on a day to day basis, and helped him set up Sneeze Marketing; a viral marketing company. Miranda ran Sneeze with Graham and was CSO (Chief Sneeze Officer) for 2 years at the same time as working on the PR business at Frank PR. Sneeze marketing was all about new ways to trigger talkability(R). Miranda Mitchell studied English Literature at Bristol University, and often writes for other websites and newsletters updated on the blog. She has also written poetry and short stories.  Her interests in no particular order include:
